Taking a break from the ice cream diet tonight and maybe tomorrow, ya boy is under the weather 🤒🤧 back with day 18 soon!
Woke up this morning feeling extremely sick, but should be better at LEAST by Monday. I definitely feel like I should add an extra challenge to the diet to make up for the days lost, so let me know what you think I should do!
