

So this is my now standard breakfast at least on the weekdays. 1/2 a Asiago bagel, a bit of butter, slice of cheese, 1 egg with onion and peppers, quick easy homemade guacamole(1/2 a avocado, dash of salt, helper, onion and garlic powder and diced tomato), sprinkle of everything seasoning and a light drizzle of maple syrup for a salty sweat combo.somewhere about 550 on the calories and damn tasty!
