We’re all so caught up in doing things, achieving, checking off our to-do lists… But when was the last time you just did NOTHING? I mean, like seriously nothing. No work, no chores, no errands. Just lying on the couch, scrolling through random stuff, or maybe staring out the window. I tried it last weekend, and it was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. It felt like my brain finally got a break from constantly being “on.” We’re not robots, so we NEED to take days where we just breathe and do whatever we want (or nothing at all). Have you ever had a do-nothing day?
