

Today I decided to do some stretching at the gym. To be honest, it's like negotiating with your body: 'Come on a little more, it's for your own good! ' And it responds: 'Are you serious?
It hurt, but now I'm a little more flexible than yesterday. Maybe the twine is not far off? 😉
