

Today I finally got out of the gym and dedicated time just to myself and my body. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธะก every workout is like clearing your head of excess and putting yourself back together again. Pulse, breathing, movement - everything brings you back to the present moment. It's my form of self-care, strength and inner balance.
