I love keeping a solid fitness routine so currently I'm obsessed with trying new things to benefit my health and improve recovery. Today was a magnesium salt bath! The therapeutic effects helped me feel in touch with my body, it was an intimate experience and calming for the mind too. The water was soft against my skin and I could glide my hands around my body as if I was in a bath full of oil. I felt weightless and rejuvenated.🧜♀️🧖♀️💧🍑
