🥖 Dick for Donations.
🍑 Ass for Activism*.
💸 $150 + $50 + $50 + $100 = $350 in payouts in July (OF has a week lag, so I count anything in the first 7 days of the month in the month prior).
🥳 $35 donated to Gay for Good - Denver. $35 donated to Fair Fight.
🙌🏼 $50 previous donated to Lost N' Found Youth. $50 previously donated to The Southern Center for Human Rights. (I accidentally deleted the post showing the proof of the previous donations - so I'm reposting the receipts here). If you are new here and want to learn more about Lost N' Found Youth and The Southern Center for Human Rights and why I chose to support them - you can click on the newly created tab for NGOs & PACs as the original post in March is still alive and kickin'.
🤝 Non-profit #2: Gay for Good - Denver
"Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader community. We envision a world where all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression feel seen, safe, valued, included, celebrated, equal and pride."
As LGBTQ+ people are becoming weaponized and scapegoated more and more by evil, hateful politicians, we must make sure we spend time advocating for our community in spaces that are not completely queer, so that we can continue to connect with potential allies. Without these efforts, misrepresentation runs rampant and leads to greater success of these ignorant tropes and murderous, cruel legislation. I chose the Denver chapter since I will be volunteering with this wonderful organization in my new homebase.
✊🏾Civil Organization #2 - Fair Fight
Fair Fight Action is a Georgia-based non-profit that fights for free and fair elections. "We fight against voter suppression, expose anti-voter policies, and " support leaders that champion democracy. Started by the sex-positive, anti-colonialist queen, Stacey Abrams, Fair Fight was crucial in making sure Joe Biden's second term was not diminished by a Republican-controlled Senate that would have surely shutdown the U.S. government countless times disproportionately impacting the lives of low-income civil servants.
We all hopefully know what's at stake with this election. If you support Trump, you support the systemic dehumanization and eventual annihilation of me and the people I care most about. Do not try to argue this - I will prove you wrong and embarrass you with logic, reason, and evidence then ban you. Please just unsubscribe and esc-ort yourself out, quietly and kindly. I would say more, but OF will censor it, so just know that the paradox of tolerance is one of my key principles, and I will not tolerate that intellectually lazy and morally unscrupulous viewpoints on my page.
🙏🏼 Thank you all for your support! Although these donations are small (for now), every act of kindness is revolutionary + anyone in these organizations and fields will confirm that every $ counts in fighting systemic inequalities. I also am quite confident these donations will shortly be in the 100s - and possibly in the 1,000s. Regardless, we all gotta start somewhere.
🌈 Your subscriptions and tips have played a part in fighting housing insecurity for LGBTQ+ youth, the prison industrial complex, voter suppression, and misjudgment of our LGBTQ+ collective in society at large - and I think that's pretty cool. I hope you do as well!
Wishing everyone a wonderful end to their weekend.
Much love,
Dash ❤️🔥
* Yes, this is indicative of more dildo videos. The audio got fucked up on a few videos I took with my camera, so I will refilm soon and post!

"The more I've been able to learn about gay rights and equal pay and gender equity and racial inequality, the more that it all intersects. You can't really pick it apart. It's all intertwined." - Megan Rapinoe
