

Good morning, my dears ☀️ Today is Sunday, and I decided to start it off with a run in the park - I love it when the city is still quiet and the air is so fresh. Running helps me clear my thoughts and energize me with positivity for the day 🏃♀️ After the run, I decided to try a new smoothie recipe with pineapple, mango, coconut milk and a pinch of turmeric for immunity. It turned out to be such a tropical energizer 🥭🍍 I'm always trying to experiment with healthy ingredients to not only taste good, but also be beneficial. While the smoothie is chilling, I lay down my yoga mat - Sunday for me is always about self-care 💛
