I switched gyms and started going to LA Fitness and despite increasing the workload and weights, I lost my definition. I couldn't understand why til tonight. I recently left LA Fitness (They've gone to shit. Nothing is clean or in working manner) and went back to Planet Fitness. Right now, I'm soaked in sweat. PF keeps their gym warm where LA Fitness it's hella cold. Hard to burn calories when it's 65 degrees in the gym. Lol.
Can't wait for the new me! LFG 2025!
