I have me/cfs so I have to pace myself with my significantly lower than average energy levels. I’m shit at pacing! So I am currently in a flare up where symptoms are worse… today’s menu includes fatigue, brain fog, headache, blocked nose, anxiety, indigestion, back pain, generally achey, and a sore throat. All exertion just prolongs the flare. So if I am terrible at posting sometimes or really delayed on getting you your custom (they are very much on my mind, I haven’t forgotten) please be patient with me, you now know why! I won’t bang on about it again☺️ Much love❤️🐝
