485lbs on 45 degree Leg press.
350lbs on horizontal Leg press.
176lbs on Hack Squat.
150lbs on Free Squat.
385lbs on Calve Raises.

In addition to the heavy stuff I mix in some Leg Extensions, Laying hamstring extensions, glute fly's and calve concentration presses.

I am currently on a severe bulking cycle. Hence heavier weight, progressive overload and slow reps towards better muscle activation.
