Always enjoy exercising my back. Full pull motion exercises all the way.
My preferred:
T-Bar Row, Seated Row, Vertical Pull Downs, Wide Grip Lat Pull downs, Close Grip Bicep Pull Downs, Seated Low Row
Alternating between the exercises is what really brings the pump in. Remember that your body gets used to the same routine, so don't be afraid to change your intensity and add some supersets from time to time.
