

Never be afraid to use different equipment to get you the gains and refinement you need.
For a very long time I stayed away from Kinesis workstations, following a shoulder injury and some advice from a brother I decided to give it a go.
With proper form it does offer a good warm up and cool down and I'd recommend it be added to every exercise day where one is going to be training an injured or weak body part.
Remember your stretching, focus on proper form and never ego lift please.
