I've been super mega away from virtual world but I wanna be able to get back, specially here!
I was thinking... I've been trying to change my mind several times, always suffering and dealing with traumas, so maybe it's time to do something different. Why not starting from the outside?
I'm planning to start some exercises at home, nothing too extreme, I don't want to become those muscled guys hahah but something that would make me feel better about myself. I do need more confidence to my job, and I feel like I lack a lot of strong words, I lack the power to say "no" when necessary. What do you think?
