

I recently read a wonderful book about improving your life and relaxation, so I thought I'd share the best advice I've come across in a long time!💘🌸 Each of us should have 5 types of days: 1. A day with no plans! Allow yourself to enjoy the moment without thinking about the future or worrying about the past🌺 2. A day for adult tasks. Send all emails, pay bills, make necessary phone calls and clean the house💧 3. A day for self-care. Go for a workout, read that book you've been meaning to! 4. A day with family or friends. Go to the cinema, take a walk or just chat over a cup of coffee☕ 5. A day of freedom! Do something that makes you happy and inspires you! Who has ever tried this?🍭
