

I have been going to the gym for a long time now!πͺ Yes, I want to brag to you about my discipline, even though sometimes it's really hard to get me to leave the house!π But you know, I find that working out takes the pressure off me mentally, I stop worrying about things that I used to worry about before physical activity and I feel less anxiousππ§ββοΈ I've also found that if I'm feeling physically sick, I forget about it after a workout because all I want to do is eat!ππ What is your favorite way to be active?
