Today, my heart sank to see an empty playground without any noise of the children, it felt almost unearthly. Then I walked by a few restaurants and cafes with handwritten signs in their doorway “with the state of emergency, we are shortening our business...” Tried be optimistic but it feels like the world has taken a step backward from a full recovery. Parts of me begin to fear, when is this ever ending? I want to take a moment to thank you for your support. I know it’s been an astonishing year — for all of you, and for me.
