I miss having a spot to go do my homework for school … be it a coffee shop, restaurant, a chill corner at the mall, etc. One of my favorite pastimes is to really really take my time in a grocery store. I'm talking walking up and down each and every aisle, researching products like cereals as I go, stopping for samples, striking up conversations with strangers, basically anything that doesn't resemble the recent experience of getting in and out as quickly and safely as possible. I know it’s a very small thing compared to life events or the greater good. But my life is composed of these small things. I miss it.
