I was initially going to lie and say I recorded this yesterday as planned and forgot to upload it but that's dishonest and I don't like that - I had a bad day yesterday and that's my reason for this being a day late haha
I also accidentally stopped the recording between the 2 exercises so that's why it's 2 videos instead of 1 (I'm still figuring out the new phone lmaoo)
