For a while, my drive and passion for lifting weights took a backseat and I was just going with the motions at the gym. Not eating enough (for years really) wouldn’t allow me to lift heavier or build muscle. I was barely training my back so my sciatica was making all my lifts a pain. Between that and then winter generally getting me a bit more fatigued, I was not feeling strong or powerful.

I’ve been so focused for the past 5 or so weeks on my diet and on being consistent in the gym. I’m feeling stronger than ever. My six pack is not as visible but that’s the price I gotta pay right now. I’m feeling very good and motivated. You can see it’s paying off 🥹🥲

So if anyone needs a little gym motivation… here it is. Get ya booty in there! If you need someone to keep you accountable, maybe that can be me. I feel like I’m held accountable the most when people tell me I’m inspiring or something I posted got them in the gym. It makes me happy to hear and it makes me push harder so that I can continue to be someone who inspires ❤️
