I’ll confess to you that after weird period of my life when I stopped keeping my diet and didn’t train normally and as I result I stopped to make a new content cause I felt so uncomfortable and was not happy with my body. I’m very happy that this period of life stopped and I hope it won’t happen again with me. I wanna provide good quality videos and photos for you and wanna make best shape in my life this year. 🫡😈
