Getting there! I have to say that I greatly underestimated the impact that aging would have on the rate at which I can change my body composition. Iβm noticing that my body is triggered much more by how I train and what I eat than it used to be a couple years ago. Definitely a bit more of a challenge but Iβm still making progress and figuring out this new puzzle. Doesnβt help that Iβve been crazy busy lately too unlike previous yearsπ but NO EXCUSES though! Iβm on it and getting a little leaner every day.. (ok.. most days ππ€·ββοΈ)
