Today’s workout. Back. If you know me I’m trained by my hubby and have been for 16 years. The focus was on thickness. Some heavy, one-armed compound rows for the upper back. Then on to the Freemotion Chest Press, BUT we use it in reverse style to mimic a dumbbell row. Is it equally as effective as free weight dumbbells, not at all, but its a good substitute.
