Queen started off on the V-Squat machine, reverse facing and performing a straight leg variation to target the hamstrings and glutes. King Jared’s first lift was a simple leg press, but his foot placement makes a big difference. High and wide to focus on the inner thighs, hamstrings and glutes. On to the Queen’s second starter. A one/legged sideways press. Targets the glute/hamstring tie-ins (that part where the ass cheeks meet the back of the thighs). Jared’s second, looks the same, but now feet are down and close together, focusing on the outer quads. We always do a minimum of 4 sets, per each exercise. Remember these are just two starters out of about 8-10 different exercises. .
