Tho I do enjoy the fitness lifestyle, there are times Iβm on autopilot in the gym. Training hard still, but my mind isnβt there. Zoning out πΆ thinking of eating good food, thinking of having some wild fun, taking a nap lol, whatever! Just NOT thinking about working out! But thatβs where discipline kicks in, and dedication to this lifestyle. Iβve heard so many times that going so hard for so long isnβt sustainable for long periods of time. Well Iβve been doing this over 20 yrs and my husband almost 30 yrsβ¦straight. Getting in shape can be done. Staying in shape can be done. It can all be done with some dedication, hard work, sweat, and some lifestyle changes. Iβll be 38 in a little over 3 weeks and Iβm happy with the body Iβve built π₯° Stop procrastinating and put the work in. Quit making bullshit excuses. Really the only person youβre hurtin by making excuses is yourself π€·π»ββοΈ
