Added 2020-10-11 08:46:36 +0000 UTCHey guys, normal posting will begin again, I had to take a few days off making videos of any type of content really while my body gets used to sleeping again and changes with the CPAP treatment (see what I mean in my post recent personal post). To give myself a bit of a reset I spent less time at my phone and social media, a few days off the gym, and although I feel I’m not quite there yet, the show must go on! :) thanks for all the support in messages in the inbox here and across social media. But hey, luckily there’s hundreds of videos here even in my brief absence :) big hugs - Jay
