

Hi to all my New Fans!
Setting This Up Slowly
So I Weigh about 160lbs Currently:
Today was Chest Day (usually pyramid up and down)
* Maxed @ 225 x4 reps on incline
* Maxed @ 245 x6 on flat
*Flys with 60lbs
*Drop set Wide Pull ups w/ 45lbs strapped to me - 15 reps
Then Another 10 without any weight
*Drop Set Dips With Two Plates:
12x reps with 2 plates
10x reps with 1 plate
One Attempt at upside down dips
(Can almost get it, if I do it fresh I can prob get it)
Then Ran a 10k straight
