OF locked me out and the support kept repeating the same thing over and over and it didn't help and I was just devastated. I've not had access for a couple of days. It still says I'm locked out but for some reason I have access right now. I will keep at them and keep trying to sort this but if I disappear please know it's not me!!!! I'll update when I can.
