

You know what I love most about working out in the morning? That feeling like you're already a winner at the start of the day itself 💥
Today I got up early, put on my favorite leggings, turned up the music a little louder and worked out to the max 🏋️♀️ A little cardio, a couple of exercises with dumbbells, stretching - and here I am already thinking as my body fills with activity and my thoughts become clearer.
After such a workout, morning coffee seems even tastier, and plans for the day seem even closer to fulfillment ☕️✨
