Added 2024-12-03 06:45:03 +0000 UTCI used to think that the more you train, the faster you reach your goals. But then I realized: without rest, your body not only doesn't grow, it burns out 😌
Working out is important, but it's just as important to be able to listen to yourself:
🔥 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭.
🌿 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫.
The balance between effort and rest is not about weakness, it's about wisdom. It is in moments of recovery that the body gets stronger and the mind gets calmer.
