

❌ The most ineffective (or overrated) exercises:
✨ Seated leg extension - it activates the glutes, but minimally. It's better to do lunges
✨ Sitting toe raises - only works the open leg, not the whole leg.
✨ Light weight leg presses - many people do too few steps for this to have any real results.
