Not all back exercises produce the desired results. A list of techniques that, in my experience, waste time and have no effect:

🤔 Pulling behind the head on the upper block - uncomfortable and easy to injure shoulders.

🤔 Dumbbell Steps - more for the trapezius, not the entire back.

🤔 Bending barbell narrow grip bench press - loads the arms, not the back.

Of course, it all depends on technique, but the exercises can be made more effective. What back exercises have you tried and been disappointed? Share your experience 😉
