

When you don't feel like working out at all... what to do? 💪🙈
Everyone has those days when laziness overcomes the desire to move. You know, it helps me at times like that:
✔️ Remind yourself why you started working out .
✔️ Put on your favorite music for motivation.
✔️ Saying, “Okay, 10 minutes, that's it!” - and then you'll get into a rhythm.
How do you deal with days like that?
