

This pose has a few names, in yoga we call it the “skandasana” pose. You might know it as a side lunge or a Cossack squat. Either way it is a challenging pose that is sure to build up your strength and mobility. A good way to ease into this pose is to hold onto a chair or something to give you some stability and take the pressure off your heels. Let me know if you want some more tips.
