Added 2024-05-10 13:07:56 +0000 UTCLegday and we are trying to lower rep ranges and increase intensity ππ»ββοΈ Itβs been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg π₯΅ My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but Iβm satisfied with todays sessionπ€©π We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg, Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads, hams and calves in the machines π₯π₯΅ Iβm excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully grow some bigger legs cause one can never get too big legsππ
