Added 2022-12-20 18:01:14 +0000 UTCWoke up this morning and my phone won't turn on🙃 Charging port lights up as if its charging... but the phone is unresponsive💀 UGH A bunch of content is on my phone... so let's hope I can get it fixed🙏🏼 UPDATE: THEY FIXED IT! All it took was a factory reset! I had no idea it could be fixed that quickly haha. Pro tip: volume up button, volume down button, then hold the lock button till it resets🤯
