The renovations are underway, survival essentially since winter is harsh here. My mini split is installed, so I have heat and it's such a blessing. I have been working on ripping out everything so the weight in the home is not sinking it any further.
We have to clean before we can even work, it's years of neglect and I appreciate your support during this time. Scrapping and removing defunct plumbing has been an adventure.
My plumbing is going to be completely replaced in the next couple weeks with pex-A. I can't wait to have filtered water! Giving up things I was used to has really been rough.
