I actually didn’t realize how many funny things I do to warm up until I rewatched the video and saw myself in action. I guess it’s kind of like how a baseball player taps the plate before swinging. We all have these little warm up habits that we may or may not be conscious we are doing. As a yoga teacher, I have to prepare myself before getting up in other peoples personal space. Purify my own body and mind. I just messaged you this video with a little extra footage of my booty…which totally distracted me from my yoga for a moment. 🌸 I’m laughing at how much I enjoy my body. I have more fun with it the more I take care of it.
