Added 2020-12-17 10:31:34 +0000 UTCpart two: i avoid oatmeal and rice as a basis of nutrition in order to build muscle. my cereal consists of: dried physalis, mulberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and macadamia nuts. my goal is to get lots of healthy fats because i will never have problems with protein and carbohydrates anyway, hehe. I want to get strong quickly and finally the time has come. a few days ago i weighed 67 kilograms, and now it's 74 kilograms. i have eaten a lot of whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta so far. eggs, dates, nuts and avocados were also there. kisses
