



I recently finished a ten-week lifting program (it was a five-day full body split by Jeff Nippard, combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding), and I decided to take some progress pics.
I’m happy with the progress, and it was really good for a recomp. But I think I’m going to dial back the lifting for a couple week and focus on cutting more aggressively. Then I’ll hop back into a power building routine.
