As I’ve mentioned before, the night we met Kay and Stix, the hubs and I invited a bunch of random people we had dm’d with on our lifestyle apps but never actually met in person. Some of them were people we were potentially interested in. Others were people who had DM’d us about being new to the lifestyle and nervous about clubs, so we invited them to join us so they would feel like they were with a couple of familiar faces. We genuinely enjoy mentoring new couples in the lifestyle regardless of whether or not they are potential play partners for us. The great majority of the time lifestyle people are the nicest, most fun, caring and open-minded people around.
But I will say, it was NOT the wisest move to invite a bunch of people we had never met to a freakin Masquerade Ball. It’s hard enough to recognize faces from pics WITHOUT a mask on, let alone with their faces completely obstructed!! Lol. Live and learn, I guess!
