I’ve wrote this in a message but I want to say it more publicly to everyone: I advocate for providing a space for men to openly express their emotions and inadequacies without feeling judged. There is a stigma attached to men displaying vulnerability and there is high likelihood that the lack of emotional outlets available to men are what is contributing to the high male suicide rate. Just saying, I’m here for ya’ll to help fulfill both emotional and physical needs. 🥰💕 I also have struggled so much with depression and trauma, so I totally get it.
