Continued the journey through China β€οΈ This morning I went to 7/11 and bought several different new-to-me snacks and coffee. I especially liked the pickled spicy bamboo shoots - very unusual! ππ»π By the way, my hotel is located right next to the school and I often saw children playing sports - funny, you usually donβt see this near a hotel. π€ͺ Next, I visited a famous place that cooks Peking duck! The establishment itself looks very authentic and, luckily for me, there were few people there when I got there. The duck is served cut into small slices and also comes with a bunch of different snacks and soy sauce. Overall I liked it! Duck is quite fatty for me, but it was great to try this famous national dish of China! π―π In the evening I went to the park to just relax, the weather was pleasant, not hot, nearby elderly people were singing songs, someone was dancing - a pleasant evening in Beijing. β¨π» The next day I visited the Beijing National Botanical Garden - a very beautiful place, I walked and contemplated a lot. Unfortunately, the closed pavilion where I would also like to go was at that moment closed for renovations or something like that, but even without that I had great pleasure walking around this large park. I walked about 30,000 steps in flip flops that day. π #fyp #sfw #travel #boy #china
