1 year ago today I fell on my ankle and broke it in 3 places and dislocated it. I had to have surgery and have 3 metal plates and 9 screws put in it. I've had to relearn how to walk and do most tasks, and I will not be able to do was I was before. There has been so many complications and countless appointments because of it, I still walk with my cane and I am in constant pain but I will never let it control me.
