On my day off, I like to start my morning with some light exercise and yoga to energize me for the day. Then I make myself a delicious and healthy breakfast - usually oatmeal with berries and a green smoothie. After breakfast, I settle in with a book or listen to my favorite music, enjoying some quiet time to myself.
