This is why I haven’t been on for ages. I hate my body! I’ve put weight on, been eating so much junk food due to needing comfort and seeking happiness in food!!
I WILL get back body confident for you all!!
Watching this back disgraces me guys!! Some may say “there is nothing wrong” but it’s what is in our head that counts cos that’s what we hear all day, every day.
I want to start the gym but can’t!! I struggle with motivation in this house so at home ones are hard when I can barely get dressed let alone jumps aRound lol
