1) hard working
2) kindness
3) good sense of humor
That’s it in a nutshell.
#1 is a plumbing contractor. At 60 years old he still digs ditches. Runs a jackhammer, crawls under houses. He gets here some Friday nights and is exhausted (especially after his open heart surgery) he’s just a good hard working man. NOTHING is a bigger turn on than a hard working man.
