

Officially down 25lbs from the first of the year. It’s not a diet. It’s making wiser choices plus more exercising.
I put on weight during Covid and didn’t have the discipline nor the conviction to fix it. Wanting to be healthier (being 100% honest here) I felt I wasn’t sexy at that weight. I’m not 30-40-50 anymore it was time to fix myself now that I’m going into my 60’s.
