

I was hiking yesterday!🥰 Despite the lack of equipment, I was able to climb as much as... 600 meters on a flat road and then my cardiovascular system told me - goodbye.😁 I had to go down head over heels. It seems to me that I need to bring sports back into my life, otherwise I'm completely unglued..😝 is there a coach here or who knows about sports? I would not mind getting a personal recommendation on this matter.😘
