Time for a Mx. Dax diary post! So, I did a very big thing yesterday. I officially turned in my resignation letter at my job, giving them a month's notice.

I've been so burnt out and miserable there for a long time, but between my coworkers traveling, them having kids, or getting married, it felt like there was never a convenient time to leave. I was constantly putting their needs and schedules before my own, and that was just hurting me more. Almost 9 years in the funeral industry is a lot. It's constantly absorbing people's pain and grief and anger, and never actually getting a day off. I gave it my best shot, and now I need to deal with my own pain.

October 16 is gonna be my last day there, and in the meantime I'm going to work on saving up enough money to survive for a few months to heal. I want to focus on doing things I'm passionate about, that I want to invest in!

Here's my plan going forward:
People who follow me on insta have seen a few posts in my stories about the jewelry I make! I'm going to start creating stock items and find local markets to vend at.
I also want to do more livestreams on tiktok of my creative process, and just make something fun!
I've joked for a long time about making decorative dildo armour out of viking knit weave, and honestly? I think I'm gonna do it! Find some cheap toys online, stress the fuck out of the fact they are not for actual use just display, and bead them to my heart's content!
May even experiment with miniature floggers and day collars for a kinkier side to my craft.
And, of course, OnlyFans! My biggest holdup of getting to post more and post better is the lack of free time. Working 6 days a week with overtime doesn't give a lot of wiggle room for dressing up or undressing to make things interesting for you guys! Or time for me to decompress from Mortician to, uh, internet whore. I love posting on here and you all have done so much to help me love myself more. I am infinitely grateful to all of you. And it will give me time to finally open up customs for you guys!

I'll also be spending most weekends of October and November at the Texas Renaissance Festival, trying to make content and take cool pics and videos for online! Say hi if you're at Faire or the Campgrounds!
